For the Business plan, you have the option to either pay monthly or yearly. Both options will require a fixed amount to be paid at the start of the subscription period. Any additional seats will be charged on a prorated basis.
Monthly billing
You will be billed $15 at the start of the month. This includes 5 seats. If less than 5 seats were used in the month, you will still be billed $15
Each additional seat will be billed $3, prorated for how many days in the month the seat was used. The bill will be charged in next month's billing. For example, if the 6th seat was added 10 days into the month, then in next month's billing, you will see that the charge is 20 / 30 days * $3 = $2
Similarly, if you deactivate seats, you will only be charged for the number of days the seat was active. For example, if the 6th seat was deactivated after 5 days, then you will be charged 5 / 30 days * $3 = $0.50
Annual billing
You will be billed $150 at the start of the year. This includes 5 seats. If less than 5 seats were used in the year, you will still be billed $150
