Your password is essential in keeping your account safe from others. Follow the steps below if you've forgotten your password and want to reset it or want to change your password.
Forgot and reset password
The steps below are applicable for both the Web and Mobile Apps.
On the login page, click on Forgot password?
Enter the email address that you used to sign up with
Check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for the reset password email
Click on the reset password link in the email. The link is valid for 24 hours. You can request for another link by repeating the steps here
Enter the new password and click Submit
You can now log in with the new password
Change password
If you're already logged in to your account, and would like to change your password, follow these steps on either the Web or Mobile App.
Web App
Access Settings on the Web App by clicking on your profile pic at the top right corner > click on Settings
Under the Account security section, click on Password
Enter your current password
If you've forgotten it, click on Forgot password?. The subsequent steps are the same as Steps 3 to 5 described in the Forgot password section above
Enter a new password, and confirm the new password
⚡️ Note: The new password must be 8 characters long, a combination of capital letters, small letters, numbers and special characters
Click Save
Mobile App
Access Settings on the Mobile App by tapping on the rings icon on the top right corner of the Home tab > tap on the gear icon on the Activity screen > tap on the pencil icon on your profile pic
Scroll down and tap on Change password
Enter your current password
If you've forgotten it, click on Forgot password? at the bottom of the screen. The subsequent steps are the same as Steps 3 to 5 described in the Forgot password section above
Enter a new password, and confirm the new password

Click Save
