There are a few possible scenarios:
Wrong email address

If the email address and password are correct
Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Refresh or restart the app and try againIf you are using Single Sign On (SSO) to log in
Ensure that the email address is entered correctly or contact your organization's admin to confirm if your organization has set up SSO for MindFiIf you are using Facebook or Apple ID to log in
This is only applicable for the Mobile App. Ensure that you are using the correct credentials
