You can manage your subscription plan directly on the Hub, with the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade according to your needs.
Viewing your current plan
On the left panel of the Hub, click Settings > Plan & billing.
You will see your current plan details, including the number of seats and features included.
📝 Note:
If you have just created an organization on the Hub, you will be on the Basic plan by default, which is free.
Upgrading your plan
From Basic to Business: You can upgrade directly on the Hub. You’ll need to add your credit card details (if not already saved) and confirm payment. The upgrade takes effect once payment is made.
From Basic or Business to Enterprise: Click on the Talk to Sales button. A sales representative will contact you to assist with the upgrade.
Downgrading your plan
From Business to Basic: You can downgrade directly on the Hub. The change will take effect after your current subscription period ends.
For example, your current subscription period ends on 31 October. From 1 November onwards, you will be on the Basic plan.
