Getting started is faster and easier than ever
We've simplified the process, allowing you to access the platform and all it has to offer in just a few simple steps.
New credits system
Credits can be used for therapy & coaching sessions, health talks & workshops, and more
1 credit = 1 USD: If you have existing prepaid credits, they will have been converted to our new credits
You can check your credit balance and transaction history in the Hub

Variable fee and budget control
Reduce therapy & coaching costs by up to 21.6% with MindFi’s new and unique variable fee structure as well as budget control. Instead of a flat fee, we will be charging fair prices, based on the location, experience and qualifications of the therapist or coach booked.
Our new budget control feature allows you to set a maximum budget per therapy or coaching session, giving you full visibility and control over your EAP expense.
Manage your plan and billing info
View and manage your plan on the Hub. You can also update your payment method details, billing info, and download invoices.

New Wellness Marketplace
The marketplace is your one-stop space to browse and book bespoke Health Talks and Workshops (previously referred to as Masterclasses) as well as Health & Wellness Programmes, crafted and curated by our network of experts.

You can now:

Update member roles
Send or resend invitation emails
Export the member list
Securely import your employee list
Update employees' profile information
Add, delete and edit custom fields to segment your employee list and filter your analytics. Only available for the Business and Enterprise plans
