Credits are a virtual currency on MindFi that can be used to pay for various services, including:
Therapy and coaching sessions (if your company is set as the payer for sessions)
Health talks
Platform subscriptions
Other MindFi services
Each credit is equivalent to USD 1.
Credits do not expire
Any credits purchased during a subscription period will remain available for use in subsequent subscription periods
Viewing credits
On the left panel of the Hub, click Settings > Credit & Usage
Your available credits will be displayed on this page and also on the left panel
Buying credits
On the Credit & Usage page, click Buy credits
Choose an amount or enter a custom amount
The minimum purchase is 50 credits
Confirm payment
After payment, your credits balance will be updated automatically
Viewing transaction history
All credit activities are recorded on the Credit & Usage page. This includes:
Purchases or Top ups
Usage
Refunds
For each transaction, you will see the amount, activity type, date, and status.
