Requesting a Health Talk

Provide required information, make payment, and submit a request

Requesting a health talk is simple and flexible. Once you’ve found a session that fits your needs, you can easily submit your booking request by choosing your preferred dates, delivery method, and other details. Follow the steps below to get started.

💡 Tip

Before submitting your request, we highly encourage you to chat with the provider to ensure that the session aligns with your expectations and the provider is available on your preferred date and time.

  1. On the health talk’s details page, select the mode and click Request

  2. A panel will open on the right

  3. Add 3 preferred dates and times for the session as discussed with the provider

  4. Select the delivery method: either virtual or on-site

    • If virtual, enter your preferred web conferencing platform. Once the request is confirmed, you will need to share the session link with the provider

    • If on-site, enter the venue address

  5. If you would like the session to be recorded, tick the checkbox

    • Please note that the recording must be arranged by you, not the provider

    • The provider has the right to refuse recording

    • Refer to the Terms & Conditions for details on intellectual property and usage

  6. Select a range for the number of participants. This helps the provider prepare accordingly

  7. Enter any additional notes for the Provider (optional)

  8. The number of credits required will be shown at the bottom

  9. Tick the checkbox to indicate you agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click Continue

Payment

  • On the payment page, you will see the total amount required

  • If you have sufficient credits, the amount will be deducted from your balance

  • If you don’t, you will need to pay the deficit

  • After successful payment, the request will be submitted for the provider's review and confirmation
