Chat with Clients to Coordinate on Health Talk Bookings

We now allow clients to chat with Providers before a health talk booking request is made. The purpose is for clients and Providers to align expectations, and coordinate on the date and time for the session.

The chat messages can be viewed on the Provider Portal Messages tab. You will be able to see which health talk the client is reaching out for.

If a client decides to book the health talk, they will submit a request and you will be able to manage it on the Provider Portal. The request will be pending until you have confirmed it. See Managing Bookings for Health Talks for more details.

The chat channel with the client will remain open so you can coordinate on the logistics for the health talk.

You will receive an email notification for new chat messages if they are not read within 10 minutes after receiving them.
