After requesting a health talk, it will appear on the Bookings page.
On the Bookings page, you’ll see three tabs:
Upcoming – Health talks that are in the pending or confirmed state
Completed – Health talks that have already taken place
Cancelled – Health talks that were cancelled or declined
Status of health talks
Pending
The booking is awaiting confirmation from the provider. At this stage, you can still edit your preferred dates and times. Be sure to discuss with your provider first to ensure they are available.
Confirmed
The provider has confirmed your booking request. At this stage, you will not be able to reschedule the session.
Declined
The provider has declined the pending booking. You can either message the provider to coordinate, or book another health talk with a different provider.
The credits you have used for the booking will be refunded to you.
Cancelled
The pending or confirmed booking has been cancelled by you. Bookings can be cancelled anytime, but please take note of the penalty charges outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
The credits you have used for the booking will be refunded to you after taking into account the penalty charges, if any.
Providers cannot cancel bookings. If they need to, they will contact you directly. If the cancellation was initiated by the provider, and you were wrongly penalized for it, please reach out to us at [email protected] with a screenshot showing that the provider is the one cancelling.
Completed
The booking was not cancelled, and the scheduled date and time have passed. You’ll see a link to leave a review of the health talk.
