I cancelled a booking but was not refunded in full

Cancellations are subject to the refund policy as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

  1. Cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance

    1. You will be refunded 100% of the credits

  2. Cancelled 7 - 14 days in advance

    1. You will be refunded 70% of the credits

  3. Cancelled 2 - 7 days in advance

    1. You will be refunded 50% of the credits

  4. Cancelled less than 48 hours in advance

    1. You will not be refunded
