Refunds for therapy & coaching sessions, health talk bookings, and seats are given in the form of credits, regardless whether they were initially paid for using a credit card or existing credits.

Credit refund for therapy & coaching sessions

  • When an employee cancels a session more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be given

  • When an employee cancels a session less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given

  • If an employee does not show up for their session, no refund will be given

Credit refund for health talk bookings

Refunds are based on the Health Talk Terms and Conditions.

  • If you cancel a booking request that is pending confirmation by the provider, a full refund will be given

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking more than 2 weeks in advance, a full refund will be given

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking 7 - 14 days in advance, 70% of the credits will be refunded

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking 2 - 7 days in advance, 50% of the credits will be refunded

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be given

Credit refund for seats

🚨 Important note:

Credits cannot be cashed out. They will remain in your Hub credit balance and do not expire.
