Refunds for therapy & coaching sessions, health talk bookings, and seats are given in the form of credits, regardless whether they were initially paid for using a credit card or existing credits.
Credit refund for therapy & coaching sessions
When an employee cancels a session more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be given
When an employee cancels a session less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be given
If an employee does not show up for their session, no refund will be given
Credit refund for health talk bookings
Refunds are based on the Health Talk Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel a booking request that is pending confirmation by the provider, a full refund will be given
If you cancel a confirmed booking more than 2 weeks in advance, a full refund will be given
If you cancel a confirmed booking 7 - 14 days in advance, 70% of the credits will be refunded
If you cancel a confirmed booking 2 - 7 days in advance, 50% of the credits will be refunded
If you cancel a confirmed booking less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be given

Credits cannot be cashed out. They will remain in your Hub credit balance and do not expire.
