The refund session credit option is visible when you cancel a session that is starting in less than 24 hours.
In this case, you will receive 50% of the session fee as compensation. By choosing to refund the session credit, you will forfeit this compensation.
In some cases, members may appeal for refunds due to extenuating circumstances such as illness or bereavement. It is up to your discretion to approve and process these refunds.
If you need to cancel a session that is starting in less than 24 hours (i.e. the member did not request to cancel), you are expected to refund the session credit.
Refund when cancelling a session
