Understanding the Data

Get clarity on the data by exploring its details and definitions

Updated over 7 months ago

The Hub presents a variety of data and charts that may appear complex at first glance. Knowing how to navigate and interpret each metric can help you understand the significance of the information and use it effectively.

Data definition

Each tab of the Analytics section has a brief description at the top of the types of data shown on the tab.

Besides that, the data that is presented in boxes at the top, usually have an info icon next to the title. Hovering over it will give the definition of the data label.

Percentage changes

Data presented in boxes at the top of a tab will have percentage values below the number. This percentage indicates the change compared to the preceding period.

Hovering over the date range will show the actual value in the preceding period. The preceding period will have the same duration as what you have selected in the time picker. For example, if you are viewing the data for the last 3 months, the preceding period is another 3 months before the last 3 months.

Data points

For line charts, bar charts, pie charts, and radar charts, to see the value of a data point, simply hover over it.
