Filtering the Data

View data from a specific date range and filter by custom fields

Updated over 2 months ago

The Hub visualizes extensive data to provide insights into organizational wellbeing. To make the information more relevant and actionable, you can refine your view by applying filters for specific date ranges and custom fields, enabling a tailored analysis of your organization's trends.

Filter by date range

At the top part of a tab, you'll be able to configure the date range, either based on some pre-set options or by manually setting the date, which gives more flexibility.

Selecting a pre-set option

  1. Select the granularity, it can be daily, weekly, or monthly

  2. After selecting the granularity, the options on the right will update to match your choice

Setting the date range manually

  1. Click on the date range field

  2. Pick a start date

  3. Pick an end date

  4. The data will auto refresh

Filter by custom fields

If your organization has set up custom fields, you can refine the data to gain deeper insights. These fields become available when you click the Breakdown by button, located next to the date range picker at the top of a tab.

Only one custom field can be selected at a time. Once it's selected, the data in the charts will be broken down accordingly.

By default, the top 5 custom field options with the most data will be shown on the chart. To show data for other custom field options, click on the Custom field options dropdown and tick or untick the options accordingly.

Certain charts are designed to display data based on custom fields. By default, the first custom field in the list will be selected. If no custom fields have been set up for your organization, you will see a prompt to do so.
