The Hub visualizes extensive data to provide insights into organizational wellbeing. To make the information more relevant and actionable, you can refine your view by applying filters for specific date ranges and custom fields, enabling a tailored analysis of your organization's trends.
Filter by date range
At the top part of a tab, you'll be able to configure the date range, either based on some pre-set options or by manually setting the date, which gives more flexibility.
Selecting a pre-set option
Select the granularity, it can be daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly
After selecting the granularity, the options on the right will update to match your choice. Choose one, and the displayed date will adjust accordingly, with the end date always reflecting today's date
β
Setting the date range manually
Click on the date range field
Pick a start date
Pick an end date
The data will auto refresh
Filter by custom fields
If your organization has set up custom fields, you can refine the data to gain deeper insights. These fields become available when you click the Filter button, located next to the date range picker at the top of a tab.
Only one custom field can be selected at a time. Once it's selected, the data in the charts will be broken down accordingly.
To exclude specific values for a custom field, click on the corresponding values in the chart legend. For instance, if the custom field is "Countries" and you wish to exclude data for India, simply click "India" in the chart legend. The value will appear struck through, signaling that data for India is no longer displayed in the chart.
Certain charts are designed to display data based on custom fields. If no custom field has been selected, you will be prompted to choose one in order to view the chart's data.
