    3. Images should be sent as a separate file in either jpg, jpeg, or png format

Content for articles

Articles should aim to be educational and insightful, with the main goal to get readers to book sessions with you. We welcome content related to mental health, therapy, and coaching. For example:

  • How to manage stress

  • Deep dive into CBT

  • Misconceptions about therapy and coaching

πŸ’‘ Tip:

Your article will be more likely to be posted if the content relates to special events or a monthly theme, such as World Mental Health Day, International Women's Day, International Self-Care Day, Suicide Prevention Month, etc.

Process for posting articles

  1. Submit your draft article to [email protected] for review

  2. If revisions are needed, you'll receive feedback and suggestions. Simply refine and resubmit for another review

  3. Once approved, your article will be posted according to our schedule

    1. If multiple articles are received, priority will be given to those that align best with the month's theme or special events. See tip in the previous section

    2. We post 1 - 2 articles a month. Excess articles received will be posted in the following months

πŸ“ Note:

Feel free to share your articles on other sites, such as your personal website or social media page. Do include your MindFi profile link, so readers are able to book sessions with you.
