Practice mindfulness whenever and wherever you want

Updated over 8 months ago

The full library of guided audio mindfulness practices are only available on the Mobile App.

In the Explore tab, you can find 200+ Guided audio mindfulness practices. They are designed to be convenient and bite-sized and are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The tracks have a duration of between 2 to 10 minutes and are suited for various situations. For example, when you are commuting or stuck in a long queue. You just need to plug in your earphones, follow the narrator’s voice and you will be able to practice mindfulness anytime, anywhere!

You may be wondering how is it possible to practice mindfulness when you are outdoors and you can't close your eyes. Not to worry! Our tracks center around open-eye mindfulness, where you will mostly be observing your surroundings with non-judgment and just being aware. So, you will not get curious glances from other people while you are practicing.
