Managing and Inviting Employees

Add and deactivate members and admins

Updated over 7 months ago

Onboard your employees to MindFi by inviting them to sign up and add other admins to the Hub. Members will receive an email invitation with a link directing them to the signup page, where their email and group code are pre-filled for a seamless experience. Invited admins, on the other hand, will be redirected to sign up on the Hub.

🚨 Important note:

Before inviting employees, it's important to ensure that emails from the @mindfi.co domain are not blocked or quarantined by the email client's spam filters or other security measures.

Please work with your internal IT staff to confirm that your security software and policies in your company allow emails from @mindfi.co and these IP addresses:

  • 205.201.128.0/20

  • 198.2.128.0/18

  • 148.105.0.0/16

To manage members and admins, on the left panel of the Hub, click on Settings > Organization > Members

Adding members and admins

  1. Click on Invite Member

  2. Enter the name and email address of an employee. Depending on the configuration for invitations, you can either invite employees using an email with an approved domain only or with any domains

  3. Select either Member or Admin as the role

  4. Click Send invite

  5. A new record will be added to the members list

    1. Due to privacy reasons, you'll not be able to know if an invited employee has signed up or not

πŸ“ Note:

If you'd like to add a large number of employees, please email us at [email protected] the CSV file containing the names, email addresses, roles, and other custom fields, and we'll assist you to do so.

Deactivating members and admins

If an employee has left your organization, you can deactivate them. Once deactivated, they will no longer have access to your organization benefits on the platform.

  1. Search for the employee's name or email in the member list

  2. Click on the X button on the right of the row

  3. Confirm to revoke access

  4. The row will be struck through with "(Deactivated)" added to the end of the employee's name
