Setting the Therapy and Coaching Limit for Members

Allocate a number of therapy and coaching hours per member

If your organization has prepaid for a number of therapy and coaching hours or is on the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) plan, you can set the maximum number of hours that an employee can use. Once a member has used up their hours, they will have to pay for subsequent sessions on their own.

To set the therapy and coaching limit per member:

  1. On the left panel of the Hub, click on Settings > Organization > Care Sessions

  2. Select an option and click on Save Changes

πŸ“ Note:

Changing the limit will not affect any sessions that have already been booked by the members. However, if the existing sessions are canceled, the new limit will apply to new sessions.

Example:

  • The current limit is set to 3 hours

  • A member has booked their 3rd hour

  • Before the session is completed, the limit is changed to 2 hours

  • The booked session will not be affected, the member can still have the session at no cost

  • However, if the member cancels the session and tries to book another session, they will see that they have to pay for the session on their own
