Checking with your HR is the easiest way. However, if you have a work email address, you can get the group code via the Mobile App by following these steps:
On the group code screen, tap on Didn’t receive your group code?
Enter your work email address and tap on Send my code
Check your inbox, spam, or junk folder for the email that contains the group code
If your organization is not subscribed to MindFi, you will not receive the email. Please reach out to [email protected] if you require assistance.
If you don't have a work email address, and have received the email invitation to sign up for MindFi previously, clicking on the Get Started button in the email will auto-fill the group code on the signup page. You can also sign up with your email address that will also be auto-filled.
