Editing Your Profile

Edit your username, email address, profile pic, and demographic data

Change or add your personal details any time on the Web and Mobile App Settings. Currently, the Web App only supports editing of username, and email addresses.

Web App

Access Settings on the Web App by clicking on your profile pic at the top right corner > click on Settings

  1. Username

    This is the name visible to other MindFi members, and your therapist.

  2. Primary email
    This is the email address you used to sign up with. The ability to edit the primary email will depend on your organization. Please reach out to us via chat or email at [email protected] if you're not able to edit it on the app.

  3. Secondary email
    If you're using your work email address as the primary email, it's a good idea to add your personal email address as the secondary email. In case you've left your organization, you can still access your account with the secondary email by sending a request to us at [email protected]

Mobile App

Access Settings on the Mobile App by tapping on the rings icon on the top right corner of the Home tab > tap on the gear icon on the Activity screen > tap on the pencil icon on your profile pic

  1. Profile pic

    Click on the camera icon to select a picture from your gallery. You must allow the app to access your gallery.

  2. Username

    This is the name visible to other MindFi members, and your therapist.

  3. Primary email
    This is the email address you used to sign up with. The ability to edit the primary email will depend on your organization. Please reach out to us via chat or email at [email protected] if you're not able to edit it on the app.

  4. Secondary email

  5. Demographics

    Depending on your organization, you may be asked to select demographic data, such as location, age group, and department when signing up. These are shown here on Settings and can be changed any time.
