I've left my organization. How can I continue to book sessions?

If you have been accessing MindFi via your previous organization's subscription with Optum, please refer to these articles instead:

You must be logged in to your MindFi account in order to view the above articles.

If your MindFi account is linked to your work email address, you will need to create a new account using your personal email address and with the group code MINDFID2C.

We'll then remove your old account from your organization.

If your MindFi account is already linked to your personal email address, drop us a note at [email protected], and we will make the necessary adjustments on our system.

You can continue booking sessions by self-paying. The cost for a session will vary based on the Provider selected, and it will be shown during the booking process.
