The reset password email will only be sent to you if the email address you entered is linked to an existing account. Ensure that you have entered the correct email address, and check your spam and junk email folders.
If you're still not receiving the email, it may have been blocked by your organization. Refer to: Emails are not received or intermittently received
If you reset your password from the Hub, you won't receive the email if you are not an admin.
