Providers are allowed a 15-minute grace period to join the session. Try reaching out to them via the Messages tab or via email.
If your Provider hasn't showed up after 15 minutes, you may leave the session. Please report to us via chat or email us at [email protected] within 7 days from the session date to request for a refund. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
