What is a group code?

Updated over 3 months ago

A group code acts as an identifier for a user to be in a certain group. For example, users who entered the group code “EXAMPLE” during the signup process will enjoy the same platform privileges, such as therapy and coaching credits.

This also makes data reporting and analysis easier. Data from users who have applied the same group code will be aggregated and presented on the Hub, including engagement data and wellbeing data.

Hence, applying the correct group code during signup is very important for employees to be able to enjoy their deserved privileges and for employers to get accurate and meaningful data reporting.

When an employee leaves the company, they will be removed from the group code and will not have access to subscribed privileges. Their data will also be excluded from data reporting purposes, except for the reporting of therapy and coaching credit utilization, if applicable.

📝 Note:

If an employee was invited to sign up, it's not necessary for them to enter the group code, as long as they sign up using the email address that has been invited.
