Set Up Therapy Access: Add Payment Method

Pay for sessions with a credit card or with credits

The last step in setting up therapy access is to indicate how sessions should be paid for. You will only be charged when an employee books a session.

There are 2 options:

  • Credit card
    Add a credit card and pay for sessions as they are being used.

  • Credits
    Buy credits and use them to pay for sessions, subscription, and other services. You will need at least 250 credits in your balance to select this method.

If no payment method is selected, employees will have to self-pay for therapy & coaching sessions.
