I didn't receive payment for my services

Payment for services rendered in a month will be disbursed on the last day of the next month.

If the last day of the month falls on a weekend or a Singapore public holiday, MindFi will process and initiate the payout on the next Singapore business day.

Please note that once MindFi initiates the payment, actual fund availability is subject to clearing times by Wise and local banking networks. If there is a bank or public holiday in your destination country, this may cause additional processing delays before the funds are reflected in your account.

If there are any discrepancies found, this may delay your payment beyond the last day of the month to allow MindFi time to check and clarify on the discrepancies reported.

If there are no discrepancies but but have yet to receive payment within 7 days after the expected payout date, please email [email protected] and we will look into it immediately.
