I didn't receive payment for my services

Payment for services rendered in a month will be disbursed on the last day of the next month. If the last day of the next month falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day. This applies to Providers from all regions.

If there are any discrepancies found, this may delay your payment beyond the last day of the month to allow MindFi time to check and clarify on the discrepancies reported.

If there are no discrepancies but but have yet to receive payment within 7 days after the last day of the month, please email [email protected] and we will look into it immediately.

📝 Note:

Please allow a few working days for your bank to process the payment once it has been released according to the payment timeline. Your bank’s processing time may vary.
