I didn't receive payment for my services

If you are NOT based in the EMEA region, sessions completed in the previous month will be processed for payment by the 15th of the current month.

If you are based in the EMEA region, sessions completed in the previous month will be processed for payment by the last day of the current month.

If the 15th or last day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.

If there are any discrepancies found, this may delay your payment beyond the 15th or the last day of the month to allow MindFi time to check and clarify on the discrepancies reported.

If there are no discrepancies but but have yet to receive payment after the 15th or the last day of the month, please email [email protected] and we will look into it immediately.
