If you’re an Admin for your organization’s MindFi benefit, you have access to MindFi Hub, a centralized portal designed for HR and Benefits leaders. The Hub gives you on-demand access to insights and tools that make it easier to understand and manage employee wellbeing.

What you can do in the Hub

  • Manage subscription and billing (All plans)
    Access your organization’s subscription plan and billing details anytime.

  • Set and manage your therapy session budget (All plans)
    Allocate budgets for therapy sessions, monitor spending, and adjust allocations as needed.

  • Access advanced analytics (Business & Enterprise plans)
    Gain deeper insights into program engagement and wellbeing outcomes through visual dashboards and exportable reports.

  • View organizational wellbeing metrics (Business & Enterprise plans)
    Explore wellbeing scores over time, and break down results by departments, office locations, or other custom fields.

All data reported in the Hub is aggregated and anonymized to protect the privacy of your employees.
