At MindFi, our pricing for therapy & coaching sessions is dynamic and reflects two simple principles:
Location matters
Our rates take into account the country where your therapist or coach is based, aligning with local standards while ensuring affordability for your organization.
Experience matters
We adjust pricing based on professional expertise and seniority, so you're always paying a fair rate for the level of support your employees receive.
How to set the budget:
Select the countries where your employees are located
A recommended budget will be displayed. This budget ensures members can view all therapists and coaches available in the selected countries
Adjust the slider to set the maximum amount you are willing to pay per session
You will be able to see how many therapist & coaches are within your budget. Therapists & coaches who charge above the budget will not be able to be booked by your employees
🚨 Important notes:
You cannot set a budget that is below the minimum rates of the selected countries
If an employee is already having sessions with a therapist or coach whose fee is above the budget, the budget cannot be lowered below that amount. This ensures the employee can continue with their existing therapist or coach
The budget set is for a 60-min virtual session. In-person sessions are subject to a 20% surcharge
This setting can be changed any time on the Therapy Settings page.
