MindFi utilizes a variable rate structure to maintain a global network of therapy and coaching Providers with diverse expertise and experience levels. This ensures that we can match every employee with the right expert, regardless of their location or the complexity of their needs.
Each Provider’s rate is agreed on based on the following factors:
Geographic Location: Rates are adjusted based on the local cost of living and regional economic benchmarks to ensure fair, competitive compensation.
Clinical Expertise: Specialized areas—such as trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, or executive leadership coaching— might command different rates than general wellness sessions.
Experience Level: We categorize providers by years of post-licensure experience and advanced certifications (e.g., PhD-level clinicians vs. Associate-level therapists).
For admins, the cost range of a country can be viewed on the Hub. Go to Settings > Therapy Access > Session Budget > Click on Pricing philosophy > Scroll down to the Country Pricing Overview section
