Chat with members for coordination, support and check ins

You can use the Chat function to coordinate with members and check in with them regarding their upcoming sessions, progress, or any concerns. This is a great way to maintain communication and provide ongoing support. Be sure to check for any new messages regularly to stay updated on your members' needs and keep the conversation flowing smoothly.

Here are some cases where the messaging function is useful:

  • Finding a suitable time to reschedule a session

  • Answering questions that the member might have about the session, especially if they are new to therapy or coaching

  • Giving basic support to the member after a session

Start a chat

Once a member has booked a session with you, you'll be able to chat with them by going to the Messages tab on the Provider Portal or on the Mobile App.

Our platform doesn't support therapy or coaching conducted via chat. If a member requires more in-depth support, kindly encourage them to book a session with you instead. This ensures they receive the full support and guidance they need.
