The Care Sessions tab provides insights into the usage trends and patterns of therapy and coaching sessions, helping you identify areas of concern and roll out relevant initiatives to support employee wellbeing.

From the charts on this tab, you'll be able to see the cummulative and non-cummulative utilization of sessions over time, number of unique members who are using the sessions, and the average session rating.
You will also be able to see the requested topics by members. When booking a session, members can choose up to 3 topics that they would like to address with their therapist or coach. This serves as an indication of which areas your employees need support in.

If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to see the data of a specific department, location, etc. See Filtering the Data
