Navigating platform restrictions in China

If you or the member are in China and don't have access to a VPN, sessions cannot be conducted through the Provider Portal or the MindFi App. Additionally, the Chat function will be inaccessible due to network restrictions imposed by the Chinese government.

In such cases, reach out to the member via email to agree on an alternative video call platform that works for both parties, such as Zoom. Once the platform is chosen, ensure the member has all necessary details, including the meeting link and any other instructions, to ensure a smooth session.
