To ensure consistent, high-quality care for all members, sessions are generally limited to one session per week. Spacing sessions out allows time to reflect and apply strategies discussed, while maintaining a sustainable pace of care. This also helps keep the service short-term and solution-focused, in line with the EAP model.

We understand that there may be situations where additional support is needed. If you feel that you require more than one session in a week, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your needs and circumstances.

If multiple sessions are booked within the same week without prior approval, we reserve the right to cancel any additional sessions beyond the weekly limit. Our team may also reach out to better understand your needs and ensure you are receiving the most appropriate support.
