Step 2: Accessing the Provider Portal

Sign in, and view the Dashboard on the portal

🚨 Important:

Before accessing the Provider Portal, you must have already:

  1. Submitted your profile information (see onboarding email), and

  2. Received an email notifying you of your profile creation

The Provider Portal (portal for short) is the main interface for everything you need as a Provider, such as configuring your availability, viewing your bookings and joining sessions, chatting with your clients, etc.

Sign in to the portal

  1. Head to the Provider Portal

  2. Enter the same email address and password that you used when creating an account on the MindFi App

  3. Haven't created an account yet? See Step 1: Creating a Provider account

View the Dashboard

  1. After signing in, you will land on the Dashboard

  2. On the Dashboard, you can see if you have upcoming bookings, your profile status, and a preview of your availability as seen by MindFi members
