For each added employee, you can view and manage their profile on the Hub.
Accessing an employee profile
On the left panel of the Hub, click Organization > Employees
Search for the employee by name or email address
Click on the employee’s name
You will be brought to their profile page
What you can do on a profile
View and edit details such as name, role, and custom fields
Deactivate or reactivate the employee
Send or resend the invitation email

You cannot change an employee’s email address. To do so, please reach out to us at [email protected]
Viewing the activity log
Each employee profile includes a log of actions taken by admins or the MindFi team.
The log records changes to the employee’s:
Name
Role
Status
Custom field values
📝 Note:
Changes done by the employee themselves will not be recorded to protect their privacy.
