Manage Sessions Initiated by Your Provider

Learn how to accept or reject follow-up sessions initiated by your Provider

After completing a session with your Provider, they may initiate follow-up sessions. You can either accept or reject these sessions in the app. Only accepted sessions will be confirmed. Here’s how to do that:

  1. You will receive an email notification or push notification (for Mobile App) when your Provider initiates a session with you

    1. Make sure to turn on notifications to receive push notifications on your phone

  2. On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details

  3. Click on Confirm session or Cancel session

    1. If not confirmed 24 hours before the session start time, it'll be canceled automatically

  4. Once the session is confirmed, the credits required will be deducted. if you don't have enough credits, you will be required to complete payment to confirm the session

📝 Notes:

  • Your Provider can only initiate sessions with a start date and time that is at least 24 hours away. Sessions initiated which are starting in less than 24 hours will be canceled automatically

  • You cannot accept multiple initiated sessions. You can only accept the sessions one at a time. Each session must be accepted individually after the prior session has ended. This is in place to give you flexibility in case you need to reschedule or cancel
