Reschedule a Session

Learn how to reschedule a session to accommodate your busy schedule

We understand that life happens, and you might not be able to attend your session. Don’t worry—you can reschedule as long as it’s more than 24 hours before your session starts. Here’s how to do it on the Web App or Mobile App:

  1. On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details

  2. Click on Manage, then Reschedule session

  3. Select a new date, time, and/or session duration

    1. If changing the session duration,

      1. The corresponding number of credits will be refunded or deducted accordingly

      2. If you paid for the session yourself, the corresponding amount will be refunded as credits. If you run out of credits, you’ll be prompted to make a payment

  4. Review and confirm the booking

  5. The new session details will be visible on the Care Team tab and Home page. If not, simply refresh

📝 Note:

  • You can only reschedule a session that is not starting in less than 24 hours

  • If you can't attend a session, and the session is starting in less than 24 hours, you can cancel the session and book a new one

    • Please note that your credit or amount you have paid will not be refunded to compensate for the time that your Provider has reserved for your session

    • You can get a refund for a MindFi session if and only if:

      • You and your Provider mutually agree to a refund, and this agreement is clearly documented via in-app chat or email.

      • You email a copy of this conversation to [email protected] within 7 days of the session date. Requests submitted after 7 days won't be reviewed or processed.

      If there is no mutual agreement, refunds are only given if an investigation confirms the issue was due to your Provider or MindFi's platform.

  • If your Provider has requested to reschedule, within 24 hours of the session start time, go ahead to cancel the current session, and contact us at [email protected] for a refund
