In some Android devices, such as Huawei and Xiaomi, or when you are connected to a network in China, Google Play Store is not available. In this case, you will have to download the MindFi Mobile App via an APK file. Please write in to [email protected] to request for the link to the APK file.
To install an APK file, please follow these steps:
On your mobile device, tap on the link of the APK file, which starts with static-gcp.getmindfi.com
The download will start automatically in your default web browser
Once it has downloaded, tap on the file to install it
You may see a pop-up asking for permission to install apps from unknown sources. Please allow installs from your web browser or your Files folder
Install the file and open the app
