I can't log in to the Hub

Make sure you have already created a MindFi account, and that your account has been upgraded to admin access. When logging in to the Hub, you should use the same credentials as the account you created. See Accessing the Hub

You may also want to try resetting your password, and try logging in again. If you are not an admin, you won't receive the email.

If the issue persists, please reach out to us via chat or email us at [email protected] with a screenshot of the error message that has appeared on the Hub login page.
