Only bookings initiated by you that are scheduled to start more than 24 hours in advance will be visible on the platform for members to accept. Bookings initiated for sessions starting in less than 24 hours will be automatically canceled.
For automatically canceled bookings, no session fee will apply, and this will be reflected in the Provider Portal.
For bookings starting in less than 24 hours, please contact us via chat or email at h[email protected]. Provide the member's name, session date and time, session duration, topics, and proof of the member's agreement to the session.
π Note:
Members can only see one upcoming session at a time on the platform. Hence, if you've initiated multiple bookings, they can only see and accept the immediate upcoming session. After the session is completed, they can then see the next initiated session and accept it.
