Your upcoming session can be found on the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App.
If not shown, make sure the session was booked successfully by checking if you have received the booking confirmation email. If you have more than one account, make sure you have logged in to the correct account. Check the booking confirmation email to see which email address to log in with.
If you've received the booking confirmation email but can’t see the session on the app, please reach out to us via chat or email us at [email protected] immediately.
