A session can be cancelled at any time by you, as the member. However, if a session is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or if you did not show up to a session, the credits used for the booking will not be refunded.
You can get a refund for a session if and only if:
You and your Provider mutually agree to a refund, and this agreement is clearly documented via in-app chat or email.
You email a copy of this conversation to [email protected] within 7 days of the session date. Requests after 7 days won't be reviewed.
If there's no mutual agreement, refunds are only given if an investigation confirms the issue was due to your Provider or MindFi's platform.
If the Provider cancels the session with less than 24 hours' notice or fails to show up, the session will be refunded to you. Please report this to us at [email protected]
