Marking a Session as a Member No Show

If a member doesn't show up to the session, you can mark it as such on the Provider Portal. You will be compensated 50% of the session fee for member no shows.

  1. Go to the Bookings tab on the Provider Portal

  2. Find the currently ongoing session

  3. Click on the three vertical dots (โ‹ฎ) to open the actions menu and then select Mark as member no-show

  4. Confirm the action by entering Confirm (case-sensitive) on the panel that has opened up on the right

  5. Click Mark as no-show
    โ€‹

  6. You and the member will be notified via email

๐Ÿ“ Notes:

  1. Providers can mark a session as a member no show only after the session has started

  2. Providers should wait for at least 15 mins for the member. While waiting, contact the member via chat and/or email

  3. To refund the session credit to the member, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of the session

  4. If you have been found to mark sessions as member no shows without waiting for at least 15 mins, you may be penalized, especially for repeated occurrences. Refer to the Provider Policies
