Providers are expected to wait for at least 15 minutes before marking the session as a member no show. If the member joins the session after the session was marked as a member no show, the Provider can either:
Conduct the session via an external platform. Reach out to us at [email protected] after that to undo the no show OR
Let the member know that since they are late, the session is considered as a no show, and they should book another session
