Why am I being asked to pay for sessions when I still have sponsored sessions remaining?

You may be asked to pay for a session if the session date falls after the expiry date of your sponsored sessions. Sessions that take place after the expiry date are not covered by the sponsored sessions, and therefore require self-payment.

Sessions that are scheduled before the expiry date can still be booked for free using the sponsored sessions.

You can check the expiry date in the Care Team tab.

If you’re unsure whether your sponsored sessions will be refreshed, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Once the sponsored sessions have been refreshed, you can continue to use them to book therapy and coaching sessions at no cost.
