Why am I being asked to pay for sessions when I still have sponsored sessions remaining?

The session date determines whether your sponsored sessions can be used. If your session takes place after the expiry date of your sponsored sessions, you will need to self-pay, even if you booked the session before the expiry date.

Sessions that take place on or before the expiry date can be booked and paid for using your sponsored sessions.

You can check the expiry date in the Care Team tab.

Once the sponsored sessions have been refreshed, you can continue to use them to book therapy and coaching sessions at no cost.
