Why can't I see an ongoing session on the Provider Portal Dashboard?

The Dashboard on the Provider Portal only shows upcoming sessions that are yet to start.

For sessions that are currently ongoing, they can be found on the Bookings tab > Upcoming & Ongoing section or the All section.

Can't find the session? Message the member immediately and arrange to have the session on an alternative platform, like Zoom or Google Meet, to minimize disruption.
