To ensure continuity of care and clinical safety for all members, our platform operates on a single-Provider model. Therapeutic progress is most effective when focused on a single, consistent care plan. Working with multiple Providers simultaneously can lead to conflicting clinical guidance and mixed therapeutic styles, which ultimately hinders your progress.

We understand that finding the right fit is essential to your mental health journey. If you ever feel that your current Provider is not the right match for your needs, you are welcome to transition to a new Provider. However, you must formally conclude care with your current Provider before matching or booking sessions with a new one, including cancelling any scheduled sessions.

If sessions are booked with multiple Providers concurrently, we reserve the right to cancel the overlapping sessions to ensure your clinical safety. Our team may also reach out to help you navigate your care options and ensure you are supported by the Provider best suited to your goals.
