View sign ups, and usage of self-care features

The Engagement tab provides insights into the number of your employees who have signed up, and their usage of self-care features.

These metrics contribute to a comprehensive understanding of how members use the platform, helping you make informed decisions and improvements based on their behaviour and preferences.

Sign ups

Charts related to sign ups include:

  • New members

    • The number of employees who have newly signed up for a MindFi account

  • Cumulative growth of members

    • The cumulative number of sign ups since the start of subscription

  • Growth of members daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

    • The number of new sign-ups in the selected date granularity

Usage of self-care features

Charts related to usage of self-care features include:

  • Active members & Number of members active daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

    • This refers to members who have logged in to the platform

  • Usage minutes & Minutes spent in the app daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

    • Only minutes spent on Breathe exercises, Focus Timer, Guided audio mindfulness practices, and past classes are counted

    • This does not include minutes from members who merely have the platform open

    • Both incomplete and completed sessions are counted towards the minutes

  • Total sessions & Number of sessions daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

    • Only sessions from Breathe exercises, Focus Timer, Guided audio mindfulness practices, and past classes are counted

    • This does not include sessions from members who merely have the platform open

    • Both incomplete and completed sessions are counted

  • Top 10 popular content by session name & Popular content by session type

    • This shows the content that members most frequently engage with, indicating their preferences and interests

If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to see the data of a specific department, location, etc. See Filtering the Data
