The Wellbeing tab presents the overall wellbeing status of your organization. The data shown here is collected from the "How's your wellbeing?" assessment in the app, which is based on the scientifically validated WHO-5 Wellbeing Index.
You'll be able to see the scores for each wellbeing dimension (out of 20) and the overall wellbeing score (out of 100). The overall score is categorized into these zones:
< 30: Red Zone (active support is required)
30 - 49: Amber Zone (moderate wellbeing)
50 and above: Green Zone (positive wellbeing)
We understand that the scores will be more meaningful if they are compared against a benchmark. Hence, for some charts in this tab, you will be able to see the MindFi Average, which is based on the scores of all members in our database. You can also have select an industry to compare the scores to. Industry scores are based only on scores of members in the selected industry.
💡 Tip:
If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to see the data of a specific department, location, etc. See Filtering the Data
