The Therapy page under Analytics provides a clear view of your organization’s therapy usage trends and patterns. These insights help you spot areas of concern early and design initiatives to better support your employees’ wellbeing.
On this page, you can view:
Total completed sessions
Total upcoming sessions
Total unique members who have done sessions
Average rating of sessions
Completed sessions over time (both cumulative & non-cumulative), which can be filtered by session duration and modality
Requested topics chosen by members
When members book a session, they can select up to three topics they want to work on with their therapist or coach. This data helps you understand which areas matter most to your employees so you can provide the right support.
💡 Tip:
If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to view insights by specific department, location, or other custom fields. See Filtering the Data
